An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with proof of authority.
Do Not Sell or Share / Opt Out of Targeted Advertising: email partners@bddico.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out where required.
Appeals: if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response within 45 days. We will respond to appeals within 60 days. You also have the right to contact your state attorney general or applicable supervisory authority.
Non-discrimination: we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
12. California Notice (CCPA / CPRA)
In the 12 months preceding the Effective Date, we may have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents: identifiers; commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity; approximate geolocation; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information (if submitted through website features); and inferences drawn from the foregoing.

Purchases of merchandise are limited to individuals 18 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the website, contact partners@bddico.com and we will delete it.
